Shipping & Delivery Policy

CB Doors and Remodeling, operating under the CB Doors Plus brand, provides local delivery and installation within 50 miles of Atlanta. Delivery outside this service area requires special pricing and written approval before purchase.

Local Delivery

Door-only delivery is $400 for destinations within 25 miles of Atlanta and $800 for destinations 26–50 miles from Atlanta.

Delivery is included at no additional charge when installation by CB Doors and Remodeling is included in the customer's written order or proposal. Installation service is available only within 50 miles of Atlanta.

Beyond 50 Miles

Delivery, freight, or installation beyond 50 miles from Atlanta is not offered at a standard checkout rate. Contact info@cbdoorsplus.com before ordering so access, distance, freight requirements, and special pricing can be reviewed and approved.

Processing and Lead Times

In-stock items generally ship or become ready for scheduled delivery within 10–14 business days after fulfillment preparation is complete. Preorder and custom-door lead times are estimates shown on the product page or written proposal and may change due to production, material availability, carrier scheduling, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Access

Customers must disclose gated communities, narrow roads, job sites, stairs, restricted access, or other delivery conditions before scheduling. Additional services or access charges not included in the original order may require a revised written quote.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect the door and packaging at delivery. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and door. Report damage to info@cbdoorsplus.com within 48 hours. Accepting delivery without noting visible damage may limit or prevent a damage claim.
